Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Global Corporate
Controller.
Key Responsibilities
Direct the accounting policies and procedures ensuring compliance
with US GAAP and SEC reporting
Lead the global financial closing process and oversee the
preparation of financial reports
Manage internal and external audits, ensuring the effectiveness of
financial controls and processes
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in corporate accounting, including
technical accounting and SEC reporting
Active United States CPA license
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a medium to large
international organization
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial
reporting
Experience with accounting software programs, preferably OneStream
and SAP
