A company is looking for an AI Development Lead (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Translate functional requirements into AI-driven solutions aligned
with enterprise goals
Evaluate and size AI efforts, differentiating between automation
and AI-driven approaches
Lead AI development teams in designing and deploying LLMs, AI
agents, and automation solutions
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Business Data Integrations, AI/ML
development, and enterprise technology leadership
Expertise in decision-making for AI vs. automation based on
business needs
Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, and machine learning
models
Proficiency in Python, R, or Java, with experience in ML frameworks
like TensorFlow or PyTorch
Deep understanding of enterprise business data and its role in
AI-driven decision-making
