Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bookkeeper with experience in the
commercial aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage financial records using QuickBooks and process accounts
payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and support bi-weekly payroll
processing
Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting and
forecasting
Qualifications and Education
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in Part 135 and/or
Part 145 sectors
Proficiency in QuickBooks; EBIS experience is highly desired
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial
regulations
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience in the aviation
industry
