A company is looking for an Accounting Learning & Development
Specialist III.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver learning solutions for professional development
and accounting procedures
Develop and maintain training materials, utilizing various methods
including written and video formats
Facilitate structured learning experiences and evaluate existing
training content for effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Seven years of professional experience in learning and
development
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting
Proficiency in documenting processes and developing training
materials
Experience with eLearning authoring and video creation tools
Fluency in English required
