Job Description:

A company is looking for a Rust Engineer with experience in building and scaling distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain backend services following established architectural patterns and best practices
Integrate new features into existing infrastructure components
Debug performance issues and implement solutions with guidance from senior engineers

Required Qualifications

Proficient with Rust
3 years of experience with Rust or a similar language (C++, Golang, Java, etc.)
3 years of experience building and maintaining high-scale production systems
Proficient with distributed systems and databases
Startup and/or web3 experience is a bonus
