A company is looking for a Global Pet Relocation Manager to
manage the end-to-end process of pet relocations for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client acquisition and relationship management, ensuring
exceptional customer service
Coordinate logistics and compliance for pet relocations, including
documentation and service partner collaboration
Monitor the relocation journey, serving as the main point of
contact for clients and service partners
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Prior experience with a customer relationship management (CRM)
system
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities
Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to change
Experience in the logistics, travel, or animal care industry is
preferred
