Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage
and nurture relationships with SMB clients.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships by serving as a trusted advisor to SMB
clients
Drive success through collaboration with onboarding and sales teams
to maximize service utilization
Ensure retention and growth by monitoring account health and
identifying upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Creative, Communication, Marketing,
Business, or a related field
5+ years of customer-facing experience and account management,
preferably in Creative/Ad Agencies or SaaS
Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and manage
expectations
Solid understanding of design principles and small business
management
Data-driven mindset with strong time management and process-driven
skills
