Required Qualifications
Fluency in French and English
2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role or
related fields
Strong ability to navigate new technology and adapt to evolving
digital environments
Warm-hearted, empathetic, and patient demeanor
Ability to organize multiple tasks and projects efficiently
