Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager 4 for Soarian
Financials Patient Accounting Support and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee ongoing support and operations for public sector customers,
facilitating communication between various teams
Monitor financial reporting, claims production, and system
performance, implementing necessary improvements and
resolutions
Lead a team of Solution Consultants, providing direction and
support while managing client meetings and operational tasks
Required Qualifications
6 to 10+ years of relevant experience
Proficient in Change Management and Project Management
Experience with Service Level Agreements
Knowledge of SQL and Soarian Financials Patient Accounting
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and
manage technical operations
