Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, SMB Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
Attract, hire, onboard, coach, and retain customer success
managers
Manage recurring revenue and deliver high on-time renewal rates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer
needs and improve customer health
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of SaaS customer engagement and renewal
experience
Minimum of 2 years of people management experience
Proficiency in managing pipeline, forecasting, and reporting in a
CRM
Experience working with mid-market accounts to solve business
problems
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for customer meetings
