A company is looking for a Mgr Human Resources (Total
Rewards).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between management and legal on employment law
issues
Formulate and disseminate HR policies and procedures
Design, develop, and implement HR programs and analytics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, human resource
management, industrial psychology, or employee relations
Five (5) years of related experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proficiency in PC software
Project management experience preferred
