Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, HCP
Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Peer-to-Peer Program Management and manage all aspects of P2P
programming
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and KOLs to implement
peer-to-peer and speaker bureau programs
Develop marketing materials and oversee agency relationships for
P2P programming
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; advanced degree
preferred
8 - 10 years of marketing experience in healthcare, pharma, or
biotech
P2P marketing and operational experience
Strong strategic thinking with tactical execution abilities
Ability to travel as required (-30%)
