Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning and
Analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance financial dashboards, reports, and KPIs for
timely insights
Lead FP&A deliverables, including budgeting, variance analysis,
and forecasts
Manage a team of analysts, providing coaching and mentorship while
driving operational excellence
Required Qualifications:
8-12 years of FP&A experience, with at least 3+ years in a
leadership role
Experience with financial planning tools (Adaptive Planning) and BI
tools (Qlik, PowerBI)
Proven ability to streamline FP&A processes and implement
automation
Expertise in corporate reporting, financial modeling, and data
analysis
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA
or CFA preferred)
