A company is looking for a Vice President, Strategic and
Corporate Transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Structure and negotiate high-value commercial agreements leveraging
the company's intellectual property
Develop frameworks for technology partnerships and evaluate optimal
commercial structures
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment in deal
structures and support due diligence processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or JD strongly preferred
12+ years of experience in corporate development or technology
licensing
Proven track record of negotiating complex transactions worth
$100M+
Expert-level financial modeling and analytical skills
Strong understanding of technology business models and partnership
value creation
