Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Research to
lead client-facing research in the DeFi space.
Key Responsibilities
Develop research roadmaps and manage a team to execute them with
high quality
Support and grow a team of researchers to address complex DeFi
problems
Conduct mechanism design and research to innovate DeFi mechanisms
and patterns
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in research, data science, or mechanism
design, with 2+ years in team management
Deep understanding of DeFi and crypto topics through professional
or personal experience
Proven mentorship capacity and experience
