Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Communication Specialist to
join their Results Communication Team.
Key Responsibilities
Solve problems for patients, referring physicians, technologists,
and radiologists
Facilitate call patching between referring physicians and
radiologists
Communicate urgent medical results to referring physicians on
behalf of radiologists
Required Qualifications and Education
Associate's degree or equivalent healthcare experience required;
Bachelor's degree highly preferred
Minimum 2 years of Radiology technology experience
Previous experience with EMR and PACS systems is required
Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to patient
care
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and
Outlook)
