Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technology Support Analyst who will
support the RMS Business and Delivery Team by troubleshooting user
issues and managing incident tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Level 2 and 3 incident tickets and ensure proper closure
according to service level agreements (SLA)
Resolve user issues and escalate critical problems when
necessary
Build strong relationships with users and collaborate with other
tech teams to improve processes
Required Qualifications:
1+ year of experience with SQL, VB.NET, C#, and XML
Minimum of 1 to 4 years of professional information systems
experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or
Management Information Systems (MIS)
Strong customer service experience
Demonstrated creativity in solving technology problems
