Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel I to provide legal
support and contract management for their assigned business
unit.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, negotiate, and review various commercial contracts and
provide counsel on contractual and regulatory issues
Assist with risk management, litigation issues, and respond to
inquiries from customers and business partners
Support senior legal staff with transactional matters, template
updates, and special projects
Required Qualifications
5 or more years of applicable work experience
Juris Doctorate degree is required
Bar membership is preferred
Extensive knowledge of commercial contract law and corporate
law
Top 25% of class preferred
