Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Specialist I to assist
customers with inquiries and support related to financial
products.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone,
live chat, and email
Perform outbound calls to re-engage customers and guide them
through the loan process
Identify trends impacting client experience and communicate
operational issues to relevant teams
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree (preferred, but experience may be considered in
lieu of a degree)
1-3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume
call center environment
Experience using CRM tools, like Salesforce (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to share insights and feedback with leadership
