Job Description:
A company is looking for a Systems Safety Engineer to work
remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and perform various safety analyses including Hazards Analysis
and Fault Tree Analysis
Document results of safety analyses and risk assessments while
ensuring consistency across subsystems
Provide guidance on safety-related regulations and contribute to
client projects in system architecture and technical program
management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Electrical,
Mechanical, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related scientific
field
7+ years of systems safety analysis experience in a safety-critical
environment
Experience with MIL-STD-882E, AMCOMR 385-17, and AMACC Revision A
Change 1
Experience generating software safety documentation such as Safety
Hazard Causal Factor Analysis
Proficiency in Systems Engineering and Project Management
methods
