Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Customer Care
Specialist (SCA).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide immediate support to customers via inbound calls, chat, and
email regarding shipment activities
Ensure first call resolution by effectively troubleshooting
customer inquiries and providing accurate move status updates
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and
participate in team meetings
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education experience
1+ year of customer service experience, preferably with military
move experience
U.S. citizenship due to contractual requirements
Experience in a multi-channel contact center environment
Basic computer skills and reliable high-speed internet access
