Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Resolution Specialist to
handle customer inquiries and service requests.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of an assigned caseload from investigation through
resolution
Make decisions and authorize work orders within a specified
limit
Gather, research, and document pertinent information related to
claims and work orders
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
At least 2 years of customer service experience in a contact center
environment
Strong understanding of home warranty policies and technical
expertise with systems and appliances
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and company operating
systems
Fluent bilingual Spanish is a plus
