Job Description:
A company is looking for an Integrations Support Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects involving integrations and API, ensuring a strong
understanding of software and third-party applications
Provide escalation support for integration and API-related tickets
and onboard new customers
Create and maintain documentation and resources for both customers
and internal teams to enhance support quality
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in a technical support role
Experience with customer ticketing tools (e.g., Salesforce,
Zendesk, Freshdesk)
Experience with Jira/Confluence and HubSpot preferred
Familiarity with HTML and CSS
Experience with supporting or implementing integrations into SaaS
platforms
