A company is looking for a Team Lead, Member & Provider Services
to join their Service Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Hire, manage, and develop a team, overseeing performance management
and HR tasks
Monitor team outcomes, track operational KPIs, and conduct
root-cause analysis for issue resolution
Lead team communications and foster an inclusive culture aligned
with company values
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced operations or customer
service environment
2+ years of direct people management experience
2+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive
improvements
Experience in LEAN practices
Bachelor's degree preferred
