A company is looking for an Admissions Counselor.
Key Responsibilities
Create, track, and manage candidate pathways from inquiry to
matriculation
Engage in daily outbound communication with prospective students
through various channels
Promote and facilitate registration for recruitment events and
webinars
Required Qualifications
College degree or 2-4 years of relevant experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a service-oriented environment
or university admissions
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
3+ years of experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
