A company is looking for a Title Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide coordinating oversight for assigned national
transactions
Review real estate purchase contracts, title commitments, and
prepare necessary documents for closings
Ensure compliance with closing instructions and verify all
documents are accurate and complete
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in title commitment preparation
Complete understanding of residential and commercial title
processes
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software
systems
Must maintain confidentiality and work professionally with various
stakeholders
