Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Default Loan Servicing Specialist
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Service mortgage accounts to ensure accurate loss mitigation or
liquidation claims compliance
Monitor claims queue to meet required milestones and ensure timely
claim filing
Document systems for claim follow-up and communicate trends or
risks to management
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience with GNMA Claims or GSE Claims
Experience filing FHA, VA, USDA, MI, or FNMA/FHLMC Claims
Understanding of the mortgage default process, including
foreclosure and bankruptcy
Ability to work independently and complete assignments within given
parameters
Extreme attention to detail and adherence to strict guidelines and
procedures
