Description
- Developing comprehensive project plans outlining objectives,
scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables.
- Allocating resources efficiently, including materials,
equipment, and personnel, to meet project requirements and
timelines.
- Creating and maintaining project schedules, coordinating
activities, and ensuring timely completion of tasks and
milestones.
- Negotiating contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and
vendors, and overseeing contract execution to ensure compliance
with project requirements.
- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation
strategies to minimize their impact on project objectives and
outcomes.
- Implementing quality control measures, conducting inspections,
and ensuring adherence to construction standards and
specifications.
- Facilitating effective communication among project
stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers,
subcontractors, and internal team members.
- Addressing issues and conflicts that arise during construction,
providing timely solutions to keep the project on track.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards,
implementing safety protocols, and promoting a safe work
environment for all project participants.
- Providing regular progress reports to project stakeholders,
including status updates, milestones achieved, and any deviations
from the project plan.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong
relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring
their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget,
assessing their impact, and obtaining necessary approvals for
modifications.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, including
contracts, permits, change orders, meeting minutes, and other
project-related records.

inspections, documentation completion, and client handover, to

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ Years of Experience in construction of industrial and
commercial facilities
- Strong leadership abilities to supervise and coordinate
subcontractors, labourer's, and other construction personnel.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including
planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- In-depth understanding of construction techniques, building
codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with
project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and
subcontractors.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and resolve
issues that arise during construction projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and
stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Billingual in Spanish and English is preferred What's on Offer
