Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Operation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze metric reports on Incident Service Tickets to identify
performance improvement areas
Organize and maintain data repositories for team access and
collaborate with technical teams to ensure information accuracy
Facilitate customer onboarding for new service delivery requests
and create professional communications for high-level
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with 2 - 4 years of relevant
experience
Experience with IT Service Desk Operations and ticketing systems
like Remedy, Service Now, or Jira
Ability to manage schedules and complete tasks independently
Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
Must have lived in the United States for at least three of the last
five years
