Job Description:
A company is looking for a Guide-Specialist to provide
exceptional support and assistance to members.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providing
assistance through various communication channels
Guide members through complex processes and collaborate on
personalized family support plans
Maintain accurate records of member interactions and contribute to
the continuous improvement of support processes
Required Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Quebecois (French-Canadian)
Certified or trained in lactation (IBCLC required), sleep coaching,
social work, or elder care/caregiving
Experience providing support to parents, caregivers, and/or
families
Ability to creatively problem-solve and make decisions
autonomously
Eagerness to work in a collaborative, fast-paced startup
environment
