Job Description:
A company is looking for a Facilities Analyst (Maintenance
Planner).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate work orders and assign them to technicians or
subcontractors
Work with technicians to stage materials, permits, and tools for
maintenance tasks
Review predictive maintenance data and provide regular reports to
management and clients
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent experience with 2-3 years of
job-related experience
Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting
heavy loads
Experience in analyzing information and applying standard
practices
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Interpersonal skills with a strong inquisitive mentality
