Job Description:
A company is looking for a Spatial Data Analyst to ensure data
integrity of CAD floor plans and occupant data for a select region
or portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize CAD and design software to support space, occupancy, and
utilization data
Maintain current drawings and generate relevant space reports
regularly
Serve as the central contact for space technology solutions within
the client environment
Required Qualifications
Associates degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology, Space
Planning, or related field
0 to 3 years of experience in a corporate real estate
environment
Proficient in MS Office Suite and experienced with AutoCAD
Experience with Serraview preferred
Strong customer service and interpersonal relationship skills
