Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transition Analyst to support
onboarding and offboarding processes within the Transitions &
Property Management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Complete onboarding and offboarding tasks for property management
assignments while ensuring data integrity
Collaborate with Property Management teams to analyze reports,
field questions, and resolve issues
Maintain transition checklists and support special projects as
assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of relevant experience in real estate or a similar
field
Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of property management
functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and
Excel
Experience with Smartsheet is beneficial but not required
