Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Inside Sales Representative
(Remote - Home Based Work).
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth through inbound and outbound interactions with
prospective customers
Utilize insurance expertise to identify customer needs, recommend
solutions, and convert prospects into customers
Maintain adherence to company regulations and processes while
managing sales production and quality
Required Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty License preferred; must obtain within
three attempts if not currently licensed
At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience with a
sales focus preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace at home
