Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst,
Surgical.
Key Responsibilities:
Become the subject matter expert on the sales reporting platform
and collaborate cross-functionally to support business needs
Prepare and distribute monthly sales performance reporting,
ensuring accuracy and understanding of metrics
Lead analytic initiatives to improve data design and utilization
for informed decision-making by the sales team and leadership
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
required
3-5 years of experience in sales, sales support, or sales
operations, with 1-2 years in the medical device industry
Diverse knowledge of technology systems including CRM, Microsoft
365, and Business Intelligence Tool (Power BI)
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business
intelligence tools
Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously
