Key Responsibilities
Engage potential clients through outbound calls or inbound

Qualify leads and connect them with agents for the quoting

Meet weekly goals for quality transfer rates and adapt to process
changes
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in phone sales or call center work is a plus
Ability to learn phone and computer platforms quickly
Demonstrated tenacity and willingness to persist through calls
Strong people skills and a passion for connecting with others
Ability to speak clearly and articulately
