A company is looking for a School Customer Success Manager to
enhance client engagement and ensure successful adoption of their
platform.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of schools and districts to drive product
adoption and renewals
Utilize data and customer insights to monitor client health and
engagement
Collaborate with internal teams to support clients throughout the
Customer Journey
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience managing a large portfolio of accounts
through the customer journey
Proven ability to engage clients and drive renewals using data
insights
Experience in client success planning and uncovering client
needs
History of meeting and exceeding company KPIs related to client
success
Background in education; experience with Gainsight and Salesforce
is a plus
