Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Reinsurance to drive
automation, transparency, and efficiency within the insurance
finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Review monthly reinsurance calculations, journal entries, and
contingent commission calculations
Manage reinsurance analytics, collateral needs, and oversee
preparation of reinsurance disclosures
Act as the main finance team contact with intermediaries and
reinsurers while supporting system solution implementation
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in P&C reinsurance accounting,
preferably in a global company
2+ years of people management experience
B.S. in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
Experience with identifying and implementing system solutions,
preferably with Workday ERP
Practical knowledge of US GAAP; knowledge of IFRS and statutory
requirements is a bonus
