A company is looking for a Full Cycle GTM Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
Lead 2-4 active searches per month for GTM and G&A
functions
Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment
strategies and evaluate candidates
Implement structured interviewing processes to ensure a fair and
data-driven hiring experience
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience in agency or
fast-paced in-house environments
Experience hiring for tech startups across Series A-D
Exceptional sourcing and market mapping skills
Track record of successfully identifying and closing IC-level GTM,
Product, and G&A talent
Strong project management skills and ability to manage details in a
fast-paced environment
