Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP Finance Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial statement preparation and monthly close processes
for multiple clients
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance
transparency and strengthen internal controls
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
processes
Required Qualifications
A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,
or a related discipline is preferred; a Bachelor's degree is
mandatory
10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5
years in a leadership role
Experience in SaaS and technology sectors is essential
Proven experience as a VP of Finance, Controller, or similar role
in a startup or high-growth company
Deep understanding of GAAP accounting and financial planning best
practices
