Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Apps Development Lead to manage
application operations and supervise a team of software
engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of IT consultants/staff, providing guidance
and support
Monitor team performance and implement best practices for
application development
Coordinate technical issue resolution and manage the software
development life cycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field
Five (5+) years of experience in an IT management or technical lead
role
Technical certifications preferred
Experience supervising or leading a support team
Experience with custom applications or COTS product
customization
